MILESTONES

THE TWENTIES

The construction and real estate activities begin in the early twenties, with significant public and private works in Rome, such as the Palazzo dell’Anagrafe in Via Petroselli, the construction of Via dei Fori Imperiali, the headquarter of BNL in Via Veneto, and the development of several important residential complexes, many of which still belong to the group.

THE THIRTIES

Purchase and management of Grand Hotel Terme di Fiuggi, the main thermal destination at the time in the Rome area.

1971

Opening of ’Hotel Ta’ Cenc***** in Gozo island, Malta. The luxury Resort is realized on a property of 160 hectars in the remote village of Sannat. Unicum in the archipelago, it blends traditional architecture and refined furnishings to a luxury service.

2010

Opening of Noba Hotel*** in via Nomentana in Rome with 54 rooms. The hotel currently holds 72 rooms thanks to later expansions.

2016

Inauguration of thermal pools of Terme di Vulci a Canino (VT).

2017

Opening of the Hotel Hampton Rome East***. The first Hampton in Italiy with 148 rooms, in the Prenestina area.

2018

Opening of Residenza Nomentana in Rome, with 20 serviced apartments primarily dedicated to business travel and services.

2020

Opening of Terme di Vulci Glamping & Spa. The resort has 12 luxury tents, a SPA, thermal pools and two restaurants.
