For the restaurant placed to Terme di Vulci Glamping & SPA, we are looking for a waiter/ waitress who undertake the following main tasks:

• Mise en place;
• Show the menu and wine list, take orders and send them to the kitchen;
• Serving dishes and drinks;
• Managing payment at the table;
• Clearing the tables;

Fundamental requisitions: biennial experience at least; good standing; is appreciated the knowledge of food and wine from Lazio and Tuscany; good knowledge of english.

For the restaurant placed to Terme di Vulci - Glamping & SPA,  we are looking for assistant cook who would give support in preparing the breakfast and the menu. Specifically the resource will do the following tasks:

• Preparing food and ingredients under cook’s require;
• Cleaning kitchen tools and tidying shelves, warehouse and cold room;
• Providign for supply of raw materials;
• Taking care of mise en place;

Fundamental requisitions: biennial experience at least, knowledge of maremmana traditional dishes, HACCP certificate.
